Responsibilities:
- Checking of invoices to supporting documents and keying into data into accounting system
- Preparation of manual and computerized cheques and TT payment and obtaining necessary signatures
- Holding and disbursement of petty cash payments to staffs
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation on payment accounts
- Checking staff claims to supporting documents and keying data into accounting system
- Preparation of Balance Sheet schedules
- Other ad-hoc assigments
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Around 2 – 4 years of working experience
- Prior experience with MNC and SAP is preferred
