Duties and
Responsibilities :
- Under Responsibilities Chef de Cuisine
- responsible and coordinates the production and the distribution defined by the chef
- respects and applies the standards and the procedures, the rules of hygiene and safety
- supervises and motivates its team
- To respect all of the menu that been standardize
- Work together with other nationalities as well
- Decorate the serving section
- Insure the set up of buffets in the conditions required by schedules, presentation, of taste and temperature
Requirements :
- Has 6 years experiences
- Able to post it overseas and in the country
- Speaks English
- Energetic and positive thinking
- Team player and hard worker
- Able to work long hours
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to travel alone
- Ready to be posted overseas for minimum 1 year assignment
