Lowongan Civil Project Manager

Job Responsibility:

• Should be responsible for all the Civil Construction activities for execution of new Production Line expansion Projects from Concept to commissioning stage for a Continuous chemical process plant

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 – 10 years experience in the following fields: 
• Should have worked as Civil Project Manager in a continuous chemical process industries /EPC contractors. 
• Should have sufficient knowledge on the Construction methods of Industrial buildings, procedures to be followed during construction, Implementation of fool proof system to maintain good Quality Control, suggest various construction methods to speed-up the job with the economical solution etc. 
• Should able to review the Construction & detailed drawings, BOQ etc. prior to commencing the job at site. 
• Should have sufficient knowledge on Project scheduling, planning, co-ordination & execution. 
• Should able to make proper workable systems to monitor the construction activities at site and highlight the delays
• Should able to predict the construction problems which are normally faced in the industrial buildings and take corrective actions in advance to avoid any delay in site activities. 
• Should be capable to lead and guide the Project team, contractors and field workers and ensure the completion of the project with the approved time limit and budget. 
• Should have analytical knowledge and able to give decisions at site for any problems during construction stage at site. 
• Should have sufficient knowledge on Plant Safety requirements, PPE etc. while working at site. 
• Must have working knowledge on various software applications i.e. MS Office, MS Project, SAP, AutoCAD etc. 
• Should be fluent in English.
