Lowongan Project Manager – Utility Piping System

Job Responsibility:

• To calculate the utility equipment capacity requirement - Chiller, compressor and dryer based on data received from various disciples 
• To select the utility equipments and review with vendors. 
• To design and select the Air conditioning system 
• To develop the utility distribution diagrams. 
• Design the piping system for various chemicals based on process data 
• To review and give the comments on equipment layout , piping layout and isometric 
• To assist in operating and maintenance manual preparation. 
• Review of manufacturing procedure prepared by vendors. Review of WPS/QAP
• To extensively study the market and develop vendors with respect to the utility requirement. 
• To involve in the procurement of utility equipments with local and overseas market. 
• To involve in the stage wise inspection of the utility equipments and conduct Trials / Testing of the machinery
• To lead team of draughtsman providing technical inputs on day to day basis and also able to check/approve the design documents. 
• Communicate and interface with other engineering discipline.

Requirements:

• Should have worked as Project / Design Engineer in a chemical, petro chemical industries/ EPC Contractors/ Consultants. 
• Should have knowledge to understand the P &IDs and capability to develop the flow distribution diagrams. 
• Should have the good understanding of ASME – Section V111- Div. 1 – pressure vessels 
• Should have good experience in piping design and ASME B31.1 & 31.3 Standards for Power plant and Process piping. 
• Should have the good experience of piping design on pipe rack. 
• Should have the good knowledge of piping specifications and selection of materials for different chemicals 
• Should have the good experience to analysis the stress analysis reports. 
• Should have good experience in designing of various types of piping supports as per standard codes. 
• Should have good knowledge of engineering Calculations, fabrication & Erection processes. 
• Should have good experience in designing, detailing, developing and preparing the equipment layout, piping layout, isometric drawings & Etc. 
• Should have the good experience to prepare the MTO as per piping layout and isometric drawings. 
• Should have the good experience of selection of utility equipments – chiller , compressors , dryers , pumps and cooling towers 
• Should have the good experience of calculation of air conditioning system - HVAC and ducting. 
• Should have the knowledge of utility mass balance system. 
• Should have good knowledge on International Codes and standards for Design, Materials, Machining, Fabrication, and Dimension etc (Good knowledge of ASME, ASTM & DIN codes). 
• Should have familiarity with 3D piping design reviews (preferably on Cadison or PDS/PDMS). 
• Should have good experience of AutoCAD Release 2000 & above, other various software”s like i.e. MS Office & MS Project, 
• Should have the capability to verify / review all discipline engineering deliverable. 
• Should have knowledge of cost estimation of various equipment and piping
• Should be conversant with project, Management and design documentation.
• Should have good communication skill.
