Job Description :
- Able to capture in ERP for confirmed PO's by PPIC and Senior Key Account Executive
- To liaise with PPIC and FPS team Related production and stuffing schedule as well as delivery commitment
- Ensure Shipping Instructions correctly submit to logistic and documentation team
- To liaise with logistic and documentation team to apply and prepare all necessary documents for Export / domestic as per required by receiver market (B/L,CO and others)
- Ensure all end to end product development preparation
- Manage Customer method requirement record in sales marketing area as well as to update with new customer requirement
- Log complaints receipt and capture in ERP/Complaint Web
- Manage and filling all documentations related to end to end activities within Account
- Manage reports related monthly weekly delivery planning and actual shipment
Qualifications :
- Male / Female, Age between 23 till 27 years old
- Minimum Associate Degree / Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering / Economic
- Min. 3 years experience as Account Executive in F & B, Consumer Good or Paper Manufacturing
- Experience handle Business to Business System sales & Marketing
- Having strong communication & negotiation skill
- Computer literate especially in spreadsheet and database application
- Result oriented
- Good command in English
