Requirements :
- Male/Female, minimum S-1 degree or higher from a well established university majoring in Human Resources Management, Law or Psychology.
- Having 5 years experience in managerial level and related area.
- Having knowledge and experience in :
a. Organization Design
b. Job Analysis & Evaluation
c. Compensation & Benefit Administration
d. Manpower Planning
e. Training & Development
f. Performance Management
g. Industrial Relation
h. KPI
- Responsible for the implementation of recruitment coordination, employee welfare & benefits, HR policies & procedure etc.
- Having good communication skill, in English and Bahasa, both in writing and speaking
- Having know how in government law and regulation and also company SOP
