- Min. 3 years experience in same positions, preferably in fashion retail
- Possess leadership qualities and should be a strategic thinker
- Have ability to forecast the ups and downs in the market and expertise in interpreting the data provided by the research analysts
- Enthusiastic and motivating personality
- Should come up with new and creative ideas regularly and help in making profitable business deals
- Possess good management skills and emphasis and believe in team work
