The Responsibility
Provide premium customer service, product knowledge and expertise to customers; build rapport with customers and establish strong customer confidence in Louis Vuitton products and services
Working schedule
Following mall operation hour, mainly on weekends and public holidays
The Person
Excellent communication skills with pleasant disposition. Strong enthusiasm to learn, with a passion for Louis Vuitton's products and services. Adaptable and a fast learner with a customer service focused mentality and initiatives
Education & Qualification
Student or fresh graduates from any discipline. Computer literate, bilingual (Indonesian and English), ability to speak a third language would be an added advantage. Has fervor for high-end retailing, customer service or hospitality industry is preferred. With a clear understanding that what we offer is a career in retail operations, successful individuals are required to perform retail operational hours
