PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Overseeing modeling valuations and the budgeting of products
- Providing research and development advice on procedures and methodology for actuarial issues
- Dealing with concerned parties regarding premium rates, claim reserves and risk based capital evaluations
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Background
- Bachelor Degree in Actuarial, Insurance, Statistics, Mathematics or other related fields
Professional Experience
- Must have working experience in SEA region
- 5 -10 years of actuarial experience in the insurance, banking or finance industry
Skills & Abilities
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Service oriented and result focus
- Being able to coach team member with leadership capabilities
- Having proven success in hands-on team management and coaching
- Having a very good command of English and being computer literate
