Location: Balikpapan
Your Tasks:
- Implementing sales objectives and strategies for the company's range of products and services in your responsible region/area.
- Establishing contacts with major OEMs and MRO end-users of selected industries in order to service these customers directly.
- Supervising and managing a team of Sales Field Personnel and Application Engineers.
- Organising and conducting product and technical seminars.
- Coordinating with Application Engineering on product and technical seminars.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with experience.
- At least have 5 years experience in the same position.
- Knowledge of bearing industry / applications / maintenance in Heavy Industry preferred.
- Strong interest in sales, project management, customer-oriented mindset.
- Managing complex matters, interpersonal skills, ability to work in team, ability to assert oneself, good rhetorical skills, extroverted.
- Communication: Conduct negotiations, presentation techniques, team/staff leadership.
- Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
