Location: Qatar

Position: Human Resource Director

Report line: Group CEO
- Involve in strategic business planning through facilitating BSC and other cross division taskforces/meetings towards deriving greater synergy.
- Identify and formulates strategies to drive and enhance the Company's vision and core values towards maintaining a workforce that promotes teamwork, driven by guiding principles.
- Conceptualize, review and formulate changes to the employee terms and benefits packages from time to time.
- Partner with external consultants to derive at creative HR solutions as well as to keep pace with the best practices in the industry.
- Conceptualize, formulate and propose appropriate HR strategies, policies and practices pertaining to recruitment and selection, performance management, knowledge management, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, career development, succession planning and other HR initiatives which support the achievement of the company's business objectives.
- Conduct benchmarking studies of manpower statistics and trend analysis critical in pre-empting and redressing unhealthy trends.
- Facilitate the recruitment, management of leaders and develop them and empowering them to be HR Managers
- Develop, lead and motivate the HR team members.

Requirement:
Competencies:
- At least 10 years of experience performing similarly profile in large organziation
- Detailed knowledge of all aspects of human resources function including recruitment,
- Employment visas, training and development, staff benefits, reward and compensation, and performance management.
- A creative thinker and problem solver
- Self-motivated and good supervisory skill
- Able to lead by example
- Honest and integrity
- Qualification and Experience
- Degree in human resources, psychology or related discipline
- Highly developed time management skills
- Strong systems implementation and management skills
- Highly proficient in written and oral communication skills
- Able to effectively manage a variety of stakeholder interest
- Able to deliver effective presentations
- Uncompromised business ethics
