Lowongan Executive Search and Recruitment Consultants

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage search assignments projects effectively to ensure on time delivery of qualified candidates that meet with clients' specific requirements.
- Perform and organize talent sourcing through various methodologies, conduct interview of potential candidates, develop comprehensive resume based on standard format for submission to clients.
- Develop and maintain cordial relationship and communication with both clients and candidates.
- Contribute ideas and thoughts to improve system, procedures, methodology to enhance and increase the effectiveness of operation/ production in order to ensure clients satisfaction and achieve revenue target.
- Meet with clients on a regular basis to develop and strengthen business relationship, develop new business and find new search assignment.
- Prepare and develop Executive Job Brief or Job Profile based on discussion with client for specific search assignment.
- Develop 'Sourcing List' of potential candidates or targeted list of potential candidates to be contacted by the Research Executive.
- Conduct research on-line and by phone of targeted potential candidates based on pre-agreed list developed in consultation with Directors. Engage in a conversation that would encourage and persuade potential candidates to forward CV by email.
- Manage the search assignment in order to ensure delivery of qualified candidates that meet clients' requirements on a timely basis.
- Arrange and organize interview schedule of selected candidates with clients at pre-agreed time schedule and location
- Supervise, prepare, edit, and develop proposal for submission to clients based on existing format/ template, and make necessary adjustments if required.
- Arrange and manage interview of selected candidates with clients, and obtain feedback from both the candidates and clients for potential next step.
- Provide assistance and support for reference check if required including assessment, medical check-up etc as per clients'' request.
- Provide support and assistance for clients' negotiation of salary and benefits as well as other terms to ensure candidate's acceptance of the offer.
- Provide support and assistance when required to ensure that successful candidates starts on board on the agreed date.

Requirements:
- Indonesian, Female, aged 28- 48
- Education: S-1 Degree in Management, Psychology, any other subject from reputable university.
- Having 3 to 10 years of working experience as Executive Search or Senior Executive Search Consultants. We welcome individuals with successful experience managing various different industry sectors such as fast moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and consumer healthcare, building materials, mining or mining services.
- Working experience: At least 3- 10 years working experience with Management Consulting Company or Executive Search / Recruitment Consulting Firm.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic and challenging working environment
- Excellent team player. Fast learner.
- Focused and dedicated, willing to learn new things.
- Detail oriented and thorough. Neat and well organized. Fast working with computer (MS Office)
- Willingness to work on flexible working hours if needed
- Enjoys meeting and interacting with new people through social media, telephone, email etc.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently, both orally and in writing.
- We provide a very attractive and rewarding Incentive Scheme based on performance and successful projects completion. Our compensation is a mix of both fixed monthly salary and a variable incentives scheme based on achievements and project completion, to be given quarterly or upon successful completion of project assignment. We are open to negotiate flexible working hours with successful candidates.
