Responsibilities:
- Handling fit out process to the mall building, follow up the progress, and monitoring payment related to bill of quantity
- Manage and review design of tenants and coordinate with technical standards and construction procedures that include Architecture, Civil and M/E, and ensure implementation goes well fit out
- Prepare unit to be handed over to Tenant
- Conduct regular checks and ensure the unit is ready for operation in accordance with the time is given
- Coordinate with others relevant department about administrative tenant that must be met both before and after the operation unit
Requirements:
- Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Civil/Interior Design/Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in a retail mall and/or office, hotel or apartment complex
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisor specializing in Architecture/Interior Design is required for this position
- Computer literate, good interpersonal skill, able to work in a team and under pressure
- Able to work independently with a high accuracy, detail and carefully
- Strong analytical skills, leadership, and has a creative problem solving abilities
