Requirements:
- Male, Max. 27 years old
- Bachelor degree in Psychology
- Minimum 3 years in same position (preferably in mining company)
- Excellent knowledge in Industrial Relation, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, including Recruitment & Hiring procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
