- The Project Sales Manager - Surabaya takes ownership for the development of key accounts, aiming at achievement and / or exceeding the predetermined sales objectives to support the growth of the company´s business. He/she has to pursue sales leads, promote products, conclude orders, and to collaborate with various team in DORMA to drive positive long term results.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and attend to technical issues with partners (Architects / Consultants / Developers / Contractor, distributors) to build positive relationships
- Participate in trade shows introducing new products / services to clients and organizing visits to sites of previous projects
- Frequent travel to job site to discuss issues with partners and to attend site meetings
- Promote and demonstrate products professionally thru the understanding of customer needs
- Provide solution with the best combination of products, services, logistics and support so as to ensure that DORMA is the trusted global partner for premium access solutions & services enabling better building
- Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet sales, profit and growth targets
- Prepare, submit and present monthly report
- Guide and control all sales administration activities to ensure that we deliver quality, efficiency and transparency in our processes
Requirements:
- 10 years of working experience in Construction, Sales business and/or Service Business
- Bachelor Degree or Masters in Business/Economics
- Good leadership skills
- Good relationship and network in Surabaya
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, result focused.
- Independent, resourceful, innovative, responsible and strive to outperform
- Fluent in both English & Bahasa Indonesia (both verbal and written)
