- To help in supervising the smooth, daily operation of retail stores
- To help achieve sales target and manage inventory
- To help streamline processes and minimize waste
- To help instill and grow in continuous improvement culture
Requirements:
- Customer-service focused individuals
- Professional experience in running/supervising retail store
- Have a good understanding of retail store SOP
- Good people and management skills
- S1 from reputable university with min 8 years working experience for managerial positions
