Requirements :
- Male/ Female, max. 30 years old.
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management, preferable Master Degree in Business Management or the same field.
- Min. 2 years experience in HR Business Partner or Organizational Development.
- Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
- Understanding in balanced scorecard, performance management, blue ocean, business prosess mapping and implementation of company strategy
- Ability to facilitate the process
- Having good in communication and presentation.
- Will be placed in Meruya Utara, Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.
