Responsibilities:
- Conduct tendering process, including negotiation with bidder
- Develop contract documents
- Monitor contractor's activites during work execution
- Settle claim and change order
- Prepare report regarding subcontract activities
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor degree (S1) from Engineering discipline
- Fresh graduate applicant are encouraged to apply
- Work under pressure and tight schedule
- Have good interpersonal skill, initiative, self motivation for individual work and/or cooperation in a team
- Have good in English, oral and written
- Familiar with MS Office
