Responsibilities:
- Supporting on promoting a program to give access to affordable housing through microfinance
- Coordinate with sales team, dealing with building material sector (retailers), banks and architects
- Manage promotion of the program to build people awareness
- Support on development and implementation program socialization in Lafarge retailers
- Building strong relationship with third party to support implementation of program
- Manage sales and after sales process to maximize the program efficiency
- Responsible for cement sales after the credit disbursement
- Develop measurement system of the customer satisfaction and social impact of the program to assess program implementation
Requirements:
- Building Engineering or Architecture graduated from reputable university with appropriate knowledge on cement manufacturing process.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in sales or marketing area preferably multinational company
- Good interpersonal skill, and Communication skills; Fluent of English and Indonesian both oral and written.
- Computer literacy is a must to provide any business reports (MS Words, Excel, Project, and Power Points)
