Responsibilities:
- Support the Country Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to grow the business in Indonesia.
- Conduct marketing/sales activities including seminars/briefing sessions to generate new businesses.
- Develop new accounts and achieve or exceed the sales targets set by the Company through value creation selling activities in the assigned areas.
- Develop and maintain customer relationship and foster relationships with business influences such as partners, associates, industry organisations and attending appropriate networking functions.
- Manage and generate responses to RFP/RFI and tenders, and to coordinate pre-sales resource engagement.
- Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline data as well as market information, competitors' products and activities on a regular basis to the management.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline in CRM as well as a contact database
Requirements:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP sales with a desire to develop your career further in the ERP space.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding your sales targets.
- Must possess well developed qualification and closing techniques in your current sales job.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team player and ability to work closely with the Delivery Team
- Drive, energy and the ability to learn a new product in a new space.
