- Hands on and experience in Developing and implementation of Compensation and Benefit
- Hands on and experience in Developing and implementation of Company Policy
- Hands on and experience in Developing and implementation of KPI and balance scorecard
- Hands on and experience in Conducting Survey related to HR Operations Best practice
- Hands on and experience in Developing and Analyze of HR Statistic
Persyaratan:
- Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferably from Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering)
- Minimum 15 years experience with 7 years in Managerial position
- Excellent written and oral communication both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
