Tanggung Jawab:
- Provide overall direction and coordination of the day to day procurement activities, problem solving and decision making. This job will include pricing reviews and negotiation, supplier selection, contract drafting, quality control of materials and installation work, scheduling and the like.
- Provide work direction and guidance to other groups including FF&E consultant, suppliers and contractors.
- Develop quality control policies and procedures including reviewing and approving Method Statements.
- Coordinate and actively participate in the installation of FF&E on Site.
Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in the related field (experience in Hotel project is an advantage)
- Good communication and project management skills
- Extensive knowledge in quality control for FF&E
- Fluent in English is a must
- The successful candidate shall work under the direct supervision of an expatriate Construction Manager
