- Personnel (employee data, employee contract, attendance, leave)
- Employee attention (sick, death, baby born)
- HRIS (Updated data)
Requirements:
- Female
- Age maximum 30 years old
- Bachelor degree major in Management, Accounting or Psychology with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
- Good knowledge in HR
- Preferably has 1 year experience as a payroll / personnel staff
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
- Has good computer skill (Microsoft office, Excel, Power Point).
- Can work accurately, dependable, and has initiative
- Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure.
- Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
