Requirements:
- Male/Female, age max 45 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology, or Business Management witH minimum 5 years progressive experience in HR Management
- Understand & able to implement all of HR processes recruitment & selection, training & development performance management, rewards management, industrial relations & organizations development
- Having knowledge in Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefit, Labor laws & Industrial Relation and HR procedures
- Have in depth knowledge and experience in developing and applying HRD strategy government regulations, building a good company's culture
- Update on the local labor laws & regulations
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Computer literature
