Tanggung Jawab:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing contracts and all types legal documents including bids, concession agreements, JV agreement, guarantee documents, consultancy contracts, LOA, MOU, NDA, CA, RFP, RFQ , GCC, SCC, ITB, Infrastructure contracts, O&M contracts, EPC Contracts, lease, license, GSA, GTA and all other regular business contracts
- Contracts management and advising the top management on the legal nuances of contractual issues
- Working with external legal advisors on litigations/arbitrations, managing and co-coordinating external legal resources
Persyaratan:
- Minimum S1 degree in Law from reputable university
- At least 7 years experience in corporate legal, oil and gas field is an advantage
- Experience in drafting and interpreting large complex agreements relating to Oil & Gas business
- Good knowledge of corporate law, including law documents preparation, litigation, employment regulation, contract negotiation, etc
- Honest, hard worker, fast learner, able to work independently and proactive.
- Computer literate (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint)
- Good communication skill both in oral and written English
