- Review agreement
- Monitor the compliance of the regulation related to company's business
- Conduct General Meeting of shareholder
- Monitor the validation of the company's license
- Process the renewal of company's permit and licenses.
Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Team work, high in detail & have can do attitude.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
