Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having advocate license
- Good communication skills both oral and written, and good command in English will be an advantage
- Excellent in negotiating, legal drafting, reviewing the commercial contract, analyzing, and giving legal opinion
- Strong knowledge of construction and investment laws, KEPRES and company license etc
- Having capability to prepare and make tender or project contract agreement
- Having experience dealing with structuring transactions in the field of infrastructure investment, banking and capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint operations in the State; Litigation in the General Court, Industrial Relations Court, the Commercial Court and Arbitration
- Willingness to be located in Semarang
