Responsibilities:
- Project Architect is responsible for providing technical and architectural expertise to manage projects at all phases design development, bidding and contract development, construction phase and follow up to the completion.
- As a project architect, he/she need to effectively communicate and manage relationships with sales& marketing, costumers, suppliers, contractors, vendors, engineers and other municipal representatives in order to achieve established goals for a project. Project Architect must be committed to high quality design and must manage projects in a cost effective manner
Requirements:
- Male/Female, age max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from Architecture
- Good knowledge and skills for computer aided design software such as AutoCad, 3D Rendering, Sketch-up, and Adobe
- At least 5 (five) of relevant working experience in design, authorities regulation as well as site supervision with exposure in luxury house
- Detail oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Self-starting work ethic, initiative and Collaborative in approach to project management
- Willing to be stationed in Lippo Cikarang, Bekasi
