- Jujur, ramah, supel, disiplin, mau bekerja keras dan mempunyai kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
- Berorientasi pada target (tersedia insentif)
- Lulusan baru dipersilahkan melamar, pengalaman SPG/SPM diutamakan
- Bersedia bekerja shift dan hari libur
