Tanggung Jawab:
- Responsible to develop, train, motivate and retain a team of Advertising & Online Executives and ensure the team's productivity is at optimum level at all times
- Accountable for overall team sales target
- Responsible to perform business development and marketing activities
- Accountable for monitoring sales and follow up with new and existing clients
- Responsible to track Account Receivables
- Generate innovative ideas to achieve true competitive advantage and continue to facilitate PT. PanPages as the most oustanding company in Indonesia
Persyaratan:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Advertising & Online Marketing or equivalent. Job role in Business Development or Product Marketing
