Tanggung Jawab:
- Drafting and/or reviewing legal agreements and other documentations such as commercial contracts, projects, leasing, insurance etc.
- Handling company permits, licenses,and documents related to the government department and/or regulating bodies
- Preparing, maintaining and updating company statutory records and database
- Drafting legal response to customer's correspondence based on internal coordination with various departments
- Perform corporate secretarial duties and other tasks as required
Persyaratan:
· Bachelor degree (S1) in Law.
· Minimum 5years of relevant experience.
· Fluent in English and Indonesian language (both oral and written).
· Computer literacy in Microsoft Office & LINUX application is a must.
· Strong analytical & organization skill.
· Detail-oriented, organized and timely management.
· High integrity, good personality/diplomatic, and excellent interpersonal skill.
· Having extensive knowledge of Indonesian Regulations and its implementation.
· Understand the work flow to process/obtain legal license from government departments
· Able to work under pressure.
