Tanggung Jawab:
- To ensure that all legal formalities like payments, assets maintenance, agreements of lease and other obligations are fulfilled in time
- To ensure that high level secrecy and privacy for all legal data is maintained for the organization;
- To ensure statutory compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements
- To provide legal advisory and interpretation services to the Management on various aspects on the existing law and regulatory requirements
- To prepare policy papers and instruments, which have legal implications for consideration by appropriate authorities
Persyaratan:
- Male/Female, max 30 years old
- Minimum a degree in Law
- Minimum 4 – 6 years post-qualified experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken), computer and internet literate
- Must have strong decision making and analytical abilities
- Excellent conciliation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, initiative, honest, trustworthy, respectful, team work, must be hard working, well organized and goals oriented
