Tanggung Jawab:
- Handle all aspects of the project include the initial planning to project closing
- As a representative of the company in communicating and coordinating with the contractor, consultant, suppliers and other related parties
- Set up and overcome the obstacles that may hinder the implementation of the project
Persyaratan:
- Male, maximum 40 years old
- Graduated min S1 civil, with GPA 3.0
- Have experiences in handling High rise Building Project or Residence
- Having experiences minimum 5 years as a project manager in property company
- Have good management skill in handling project.
- Have strong Leadership dan good communication skill
- Computer literate (MS Office, AutoCad 2D/3D)
- For placement at Surabaya
