Tanggung Jawab:
- Executing recruitment process, conducting employment tests and interviews
- Maintaining recruitment data, training and other HRD functions such as leave administration,employee personal data, etc
- Coordinating with other departments on hiring process
Persyaratan:
- Male or female, age 25 - 28 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree in Psychology
- Has at least 2 years experience in recruitment area
- Capable to use psychological tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure in a culturally diverse organization
- Able to work collaboratively with others
- Proficient computing skills including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Willing to be located in Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta
