- Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other
- relevant disciplines
- At least 3 years of all around HR experience in managerial position in Retail Industry
- Excellent knowledge in HR Strategic & Planning, Operational, Accounting, Payroll and Legal Compliance Services, Training & Development, Selection & Recruitment, Personnel & Employee Relation, Job Evaluation, Compensation & Benefit, Develop Salary Structure.
- Strong analytical and organizational skill
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
- Computer literate and language proficiency in English (active)
- Highly of committed, integrity and accountability
