Tanggung Jawab:
- Review and advise Industrial Relations Strategies
- Provide advise to Management, as a bridge of Employee and Management
- Close network and discussion with Union for process improvement
Persyaratan:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant hands-on full spectrum HR experience (focus in Industrial Relations and Employee handling) in manufacturing industry
- Strong in Labour Law and Employment Law
- Experienced in handling union, employee relations matter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work with all levels
- Strong leadership capability, drive and able to work independently and under pressure
- Resourceful, pro-active, analytical, results oriented and possess keen eyes for details
