- Maximum of age 30 years old
- Minimum D3/S1 Information Technology graduated
- Familiar with SMAP System Operation (EBS, Synapse, MBM), user registration, problem reporting, troubleshooting, Hifronts-A user and end user system training
- Must able to communicate with ENGLISH and JAPANESE
- Able to work as a team and individually
- Good communication skill, think creative and good initiative, highly motivated, discipline and hard working
- Physically health and able to work under pressure
