The candidate should meet the following criterias:
1. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
2. Innovative approach in working style and positive attitude in getting things done.
3. Ability to work proactively with minimal oversight.
4. Deep understanding about internet, web, and mobile technologies.
5. Able to produce the business documentations for software development project, such as:
- Software Requirements Specification (SRS),
- Product Requirement Document (PRD), and
- Marketing Requirement Document (MRD).
6. Knowledge to interpret technical documentations for software project, such as:
- Unified Modeling Language (UML), Flow diagram, Class diagram, Use Case, Test Plan, Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD), and Database Design Document (DDD).
7. Language skills in English, both spoken and written.
8. Excellent communication skills between technical people (software engineer/programmer) and business people (project stakeholders and clients).
9. Experiences in travel/hospitality related industries.
10. An Indonesian citizen residing in the city of Jakarta.
