Tanggung Jawab:
- Manage training from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) until Training Effectiveness Evaluation.
- Training modules & training programs (for Operator – Asst. Manager)
Technical skill / hard skills :
- production;
- warehouse, maintenance and HSE
Soft skills development
Persyaratan:
- Male, age 30-38 years old.
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering from reputable university.
- Have at least 5-8 years experience in training and development field (preferably from Industrial Manufacturing Products / Manufacturing Company).
- Good in creating and delivering presentation with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Knowledge about TNA, training module and ability to deliver training.
- Excellent interpersonal skill and
communication skill.
- Fluent in English (both oral and writing) is highly preferred.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Having strong leadership.
- Willing to be placed at Cikupa, Tangerang.
