Tanggung Jawab:
- We are seeking an Operational Manager to be in Charge of our operational function to support our engineering and sales teams as such, we expect you to be able to function with minimum guidance.
- You would be in charge in running, restructuring and creating these departments : Finance and Accounting, HR, Logistic and Procurement, and Audit. However detailed knowledge in each area is not needed - a generalist is preferred for this position.
- Ability to coordinate with our engineering and sales teams, as well as, with external stakeholders is a must.
- There are two choices for position domicile: Semarang or Surabaya (Please state preference in your application)
Persyaratan:
- Age : 32-42.
- Experience at managerial level minimum 7 years.
- Educatiol level minimum requirement Bachelor degree in Business Adninistration , Engineering or Finance,
- Passive English and Mandarin are required
- Computer literacy level: high.
- Integrity, excellent management skill and leadership are primary prerequisite to successful job application.
- Skilled iu web search for product sourcing is an advantage.
