Tanggung Jawab:
- Prepares legal drafts
- Reviews legal documents and provide legal advice for company purpose
- Conducts legal research and prepare analyses
Persyaratan:
- Male
- Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Law
- Minimum 5 year of experience in same field
- Able to review and make draft documents related to the operations of company , e.g., agreements and corporate documents.
- Providing advices related to the operations of company, including but not limited to the capital market laws and regulations.
- Monitoring compliance of with the prevailing laws and regulations, including but not limited to the licenses and their requirements.
- Computer Literate (MS Office and Internet Application)
- Good Indonesian-English verbal and written communication
- High degree of self-initiative, creative, confident and fast learner
- A Good team player but able to work independently
- Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skill
- Work location in Bandung
