Tanggung Jawab:
- You will develop the SEA business operations in Karawang according to VP Asia business plan. Implementations and living the Voith Fundamentals.
- You will be responsible for the scope, volume and margins of our Service Business in SEA
- You will control the budgeting, controlling and reporting of results and costs (results, volume, margins per product line) for Karawang plant in co-operation with VP Asia.
- You will manage efficient processes and lean-time efficient enterprise management in the plants (keeping existing laws of safety and health regulations for the plants)
- You will be working closely with Sales, Customer Service, HR, Purchasing, Logistic, Engineering, and Project department to ensure the operational activities is efficiently performed and the operational excellence is achieved
- You will ensure collaboration with other regions to ensure a common and uniform customer approach, production and field service efficiency (best practice).
Persyaratan:
- You have Bachelor degree in Engineering from reputable university
- You have at least 8 years of experience in the relevant position in service or manufacturing industry. Have relevant exposure in paper industry a ad advantage
- You have good communication, strong leadership, and excellent interpersonal skill
- You have good result and detailed oriented, strong analytical skill with strategic thinking
- Self-motivated, teamwork, and able to maintain performance under pressure
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and good personal skill literate in MS Office
