Application Developer (Java) Permanent
- Role We're looking for talented Application Developer to join our application development team to help build our software solutions. You will join a dynamic team of developers and contribute to the delivery of a new generation of on-demand solutions designed to meet the needs of today's global businesses. Our solutions are constructed using the most modern technologies, providing an unparalleled level of agility, ease-of-use, and integration capability.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing current systems
- Presenting ideas for system improvements
- Working closely with analysts, designers and staff
- Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes
- Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
- Preparation of training manuals for users
- Maintaining the systems once they are up and running
Requirements:
- You must have a solid knowledge in HTML + CSS + JavaScript.
- 2 years of experience with Object/Class Modeling, Web application development.
- OO design and development experience in an object oriented language such as Java.
- Must be a collaborative team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience designing/developing business applications, (knowledge of HCM, Payroll or Financials is a plus).
- Having experience in development process using UML is a plus.
- Experience in developing Enterprise applications is a plus.
- Metadata-driven definitional development experience is a plus.
- Experience with XML and Integration technologies is a plus.
- This position must be filled with a person with a minimum experience in software development of 2 years.
- Ideally this position should be filled with a person with age no older than 26 years old.
- Applicant must able to show at minimum of 2 project portfolio.
