Responsibilities:
- Responsible to increase company brand awareness and market penetration
Establishes plans and strategies to expand new corporate partner
- Doing all selling cycle : prospecting, approaching, fact finding, handling objection, closing and after sales service
- Maintaining a good and professional working relationship with customer and corporate market
- Involved in all sales event created by distribution channel
- Build & strengthen self ability in product knowledge and selling skill
- Responsible to achieve company goal towards the achievement of maximum company’s profitability and growth
Requirements :
- Female, max. 35 years old
- Min. S1 Degree, any discipline
- Min. 1 year of working experience as Sales preferable in Insurance or Banking Industry
- Having a strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Target oriented
- Good Performance, strong communication skills and highly self confidence
- Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
