Job Descriptions
- Provide the highest quality of services and excellent technical support to our worldwide customers.
- Maintain support sites and community forum.
- Fix bugs and maintain Intersoft's products.
- Develop tutorial materials such as videos, blogs and knowledge base articles about Intersoft's products to our worldwide customers.
- Responsible for product testing and QA.
- Design and develop custom solutions for customers using Intersoft's products.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science or engineering, information system, or a related field of study. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Experienced in ASP.NET, C#, Java, HTML, and JavaScript is an advantage.
- Hardworking and fast learner.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Good analytical skill.
- Able to manage time effectively and work independently, but within a team.
- Preferably good oral and written English skill.
