Main purpose of the role
To grow
the distributor business profitably through expanding the geographical and
industry presence increased SKF brand awareness, developing operational
excellence and Value Added capabilities within SKF distribution network.
Key responsibilities
- Drives and implements quality improvement initiatives and the Company's management practices to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.
- Establishes and/or revise distributor policies to guide our distributors to align their business strategies with SKF.
- Expands the product assortment (SKF and non SKF) in our distribution
- network to continuously grow profit together with our distributors.
- Coordinate achievement of SKF short and long term business goals.
- Conduct market analysis.
Knowledge and experience required
- At least 8 years of extensive experience in sales and marketing
- Experience in distributors management.
- Able to promote, negotiate and close orders in a complex and strategic sales environment.
- Solution and value selling experience
- Willingness to travel regionally and attend occasional international meetings.
- Willing to be based in Kalimantan, Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi or other areas in Indonesia.
Education
Degree
in mechanical engineering or business administration or equivalent
