• Excellent English writing skill is a must
• Whilst not essential, relevant industry experience and product knowledge will be highly regarded
• Excellent English communication skill & service oriented

• Experience in Customer Service working environtment is an advantage

• Have a passion with technology or gadgets, ie: Mobile Phones, Cameras is an advantage
