REQUIREMENTS:

Male/Female, max 27 years old
- Fluency in English is an advantage
- Min D3 from a reputable university
with minimum GPA 3.0
- Able to work in shifts
- Able to work closely with
a team as well as independently
- Self-motivated, initiative and
able to work under minimum supervision
- Able to communicate clearly, both
written and in speech
- Has the best interest of both
customer and company
- Adopts a pleasant and friendly style
of work
- Willing to build a long-term relationship
with the customer (not a "job-hopper")
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
JOB
DESCRIPTION
- Deals directly with customers
through telephone and email
- Handling customer’s needs regarding
company’s products and services
- Responds promptly to customer
inquiries
- Handle and resolves customer
complaints
- Records details of inquiries,
comments and complaints
- Communicates and coordinates with
respective departments in regards to customer’s needs
