The company is seeking candidates with initiative to plan, execute and finalize assigned projects. The winning applicant will have project management experience as well as highly tuned commercial and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities will include:
- Analyze project objectives and designing pro-scope
- Set up and monitor project master plan
- Provide proper tools to successfully support projects
- Give administrative support (preparation of meetings, writing of minutes, etc.)
- Perform ongoing project reporting and information of project leader
- Act as an advisor on all project support related issues
- Transfer company’s strategy into project portfolio requirements
- Identification, categorization and selection of project portfolio
- Prepare decision papers for company’s project investment committee
- Release resources in accordance with capacity and project priorities
- Halts/suspends projects subject to capacity constraints
- Communicates the final evaluation/portfolio balancing decision to the stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major, preferably in IT background
- Five years’ experience (min.) in the same position, preferably within financial industry
- Understand the insurance business and system concepts
- Knowledge of financial services, change and quality management
- Project controlling, steering and reporting skills
- Ability to work on several concurrent projects and priorities
- Communication and presentation skills
- Strong oral and written Indonesian and English
