Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Implement the HR initiativein employer branding by introducing Oberthur Technologies to other parties such as IT Professional Associations, Media Promotions and other industry institutions
  • Do Training Needs Analysis and prepare the Training Program Activities in liaison with Training Team Lead
  • Plan, propose and execute company events for employees relation purpose
  • Maintain the Performance Management Development Program
  • Involve in HR activities research and analysis for Compensation, Benefit, Recognition,Retention and Motivation Programs
  • Perform HR Reports and administration matters


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in any field. Those with IT education who has exposure and passion in HR would be very much welcome
  • English speaking ability
  • 2-5 years experience in field of HR
  • Having experiences in recruitment consulting field is preferred
  • Detailed-oriented and resourceful
